Air Fryer Bell Pepper Rings Empty Air Fryer Bell Pepper Rings

A delicious appetizer or side dish, or good any time for a snack food. I cook these in our Cuisinart Air Fryer, but they could be cooked just as well in any oven by placing them on a parchment lined cookie tray and baked at a little higher temp and for a few minutes longer.

I dip pepper rings in Tempera batter and then deep fry them just like Zucchini.  I actually like them better.
