Awwwwww! Cute Baby Pictures!
:butter: As I was sorting through pictures that I took this morning of my SFG, I found myself "oohing!" and "awwwing!" over the pictures of my first SFG babies. It's amazing how seeing these little fledgling veggies tickles me (my kids are 19 and 16, so it's been a while since I had baby pictures to go giddy over). So,I thought it would be fun to start a virtual "baby album", so here are some of the pictures of my "babies"! Post your baby pictures too!

Brandywine, cherry tom, tomatillo, a weird tiny strawberry that turned red for no reason, and some chiles!

Big grin! It is June! But I remember going out to check on the garden thinking something was wrong with my strawberries because they were all pink. It had been such a cold spring that I was thinking to myself that they should not turn color until June, which it already was, it just didn't feel like it.
Deborah...who loves the way you arranged your pictures!

Loving the baby pics - Adorable! :butter:
Etherati that's a nice layout! Looks like a mini photo album. I'll be stealing that idea for future posts for sure!

You're right, it IS June! It sure hasn't felt like it!
The pic arrangement is using tables, the main thing is that when you hit the table button and get [table border="1"] you need to change it to [table border="0" cellspacing="0"] to get the really nice flush alignment
Now if only the tomatoes would get bigger!

Pictures of some of my babies...
Here's my first Opalka paste tomato baby taking shape. Look how long the sepals are, they make a nice little cap!

Baby Ichiban eggplant. It seemed to take forever for this little guy to emerge from the flower sepals. I am so excited -- my first eggplant ever!

Baby Tiger Zucchini. Hmmm...this may a good way to look for squash vine borer eggs! Don't see any here, thank goodness!

Lovin' the variety of "baby pics"! It helps me to know what to look for as they emerge. Thanks all!

It's pretty decent. Found this guy when I was doing my daily inspection for unfriendly visitors. Almost grabbed him to throw him out of the garden when I realized what it was, and ran back into the house to get a picture before he left. I think a praying mantis is a "good bug" to have around your garden - at least I hope so since I let him live, as opposed to the green worms/caterpillars I found munching on my collards and kale which promptly got dropped into a cup of soapy water! I've seen him hanging around the cucumbers for a few days now.
