Anybody watch it that can provide a synopsis?  

If the research is solid, I'll watch, but if it's a Dr. Oz style promo, I'll skip.

I watch some and listen while exercising. I enjoyed what I heard.. but it was still hit a miss. was going to listen today in its entirety.
