Names and topics in color?

I've been meaning to ask this for a while, but I keep forgetting. I checked the "how to" posts, but didn't find this anywhere. Over in the "Latest Topics" column, some people's names are in color, shades of blue, or pinky/purple, some bold, some regular, and some topics are also in color. I think I've figured that topics in blue are ones that I've read, but as for the colorful names, I'm still scratching my head. thinking

I could be wrong but i think the names in blue are regional hosts and the names in purple are forum moderators. That could be it???

The following legend appears near the bottom of the Home page but there the legend shows the different colors:

Legend : [ Administration ][ Moderators ][ Regional Host/Certified Instructor ][ Regional Hosts ][ Certified Instructors ]
