I found this in a FB BTE group and thought it was a great idea. (Copied with permission from the owner).

Jeff Miztah Rogers Yes, I had an old rain barrel and a post from a removed chain link fence. The railroad ties were my flower bed border in the front yard that I replaced with local rocks in a rock wall, so I re purposed them as a stand. I cut a 8 - inch by 12 inch panel from the side of the barrel and installed it with a hinge and some hasps to hold it closed. I drilled some air holes in the top and side and installed the spigot on the bottom. I use the spigot to make compost tea. About once a week I add a few gallons of water and let it stew overnight, open the spigot in the morning and out comes heavy black nutrient rich compost tea.

Back to Eden.

Interesting idea on his tumbler....  Don't see the spigot, but am assuming it's at the lower end.
