North Texas - Square Foot Garden
Second Year of Sq Ft Garden - Spring 2017 Planting.
The dog is enjoying sunning herself while I do my gardening!
Square Foot Garden completely planted (40 squares) March 18, 2017, except for one empty square....I am going to fill that with a Poblano pepper from Lowes this afternoon!
I have decorative plants (dusty miller) in all four corners of my square foot garden. Today I planted Okra, pole beans, cucumber, zucchini, sugar pie pumpkin, bush beans, carrots, jalapeno, kale, oregano, Italian parsley , lavender, curled parsley, swiss chard, green onion, radish, spinach, and 2 different kinds of lettuce in 4 squares. I still have kale, peppermint, chives, thyme and sage that are still growing from last year's fall planting.

Wow, looks great! This may seem silly, but I love your labels (because I'm bad at getting around to that.)
Thanks for sharing photos - those of us whose gardens are mostly white right now appreciate seeing green!

So neat and well-organized. What a great start to the year. Mine is barely organized chaos as usual.

Nice garden there neighbor. My first year gardening. I have to fence my garden or the dogs would dig it up.

For me it is wild turkeys that use my garden as a dust bath.

Hi Cannonball. Even though you apparently joined a year ago, I don't think we've met. So here's an official welcome from Atlanta, GA!
Used to live south of you in Killeen.
You've got a very nice space there! And I like your garden helper....
