Fusion Life Brands Power XL pressure cooker
My hubby bought me a new kitchen "toy" that I AM LOVING!!! It's a Fusion Life Brands Power XL pressure cooker we bought at Costco. It was on sale for $75 and replaces my rice cooker and could replace my crock pot (we'll see if I do that).
Cooks super fast and everything is so flavorful and tender. I made a stew from shank bones from our last steer we butchered. it was one of those left over meats that we didn't know what to do with. By the time it was done the meat was melt in your mouth tender and mmmmmmmmmmmm!
It can be used to can, so maybe I'll get adventurous next year and get some fruit culls from the packing houses to can.
I have pictures on my camera but I can't get them to send to my email account for some reason so I haven't been able to upload everything TECHNOLOGY!!!

I looked it up and it looks like a nice, and super easy, pressure cooker. Everything is automated. Keep us updated on how you like it as time goes by. CC
