Fall broccoli - start indoors or out?
I have *never* started anything successfully from seed indoors. Probably lots of reasons - I don't know what I'm doing, not much light, no special equipment, etc. I've also never successfully grown broccoli.
And now - I want to try broccoli again this fall. Could I direct seed broccoli?
If I simply must start broccoli seeds indoors, please advise....

Seeds are cheap. Try direct sowing in the squares where you want them, or start a nursery area outside with juice cups full of MM. Maybe under a tree so the baby plants don't get cooked. Or do both and see what happens. Just make sure you have tulle or row covers over them to protect from the summer bugs.
