Local Seed Potatato is available
For those of us in Central Ohio and similar growing areas. I found seed potatoes at Home Depot and my local nursery this week. Suggest calling your local store before making the trip.

Very cool. I ordered some from City Folk Shop in Clintonville who was ordering them from Seed Savers.llama momma wrote:For those of us in Central Ohio and similar growing areas. I haven't been in the area lately to visit that store but I like their website.
Check out Root Naturally online for some very neat specialty items too. Located in Columbus.

I saw seed potatoes and onion sets at Kroger for super cheap. Onion sets were $0.49 per pound. I had a bag full and it didn't weigh a pound

There is a seed shop 2 blocks away from and I have never been in there. I thought it was closed because it looked so old. Totally going to check them out tomorrow. They had an ad in the paper that they had potato seeds and onion sets.
