Check out your local (seed) library !
My spouse gave me a call from a library where she was having a meeting, about 30+ miles North. She said they had a seed library there, and was I interested in anything. I said I could use some peppers, since I've been busily killing mine. She came back with this. Whoa! Baker Seeds! Wasn't expecting that. They "expired" at the end of 2023, and there's only 10 seeds per packet, but it's certainly worth a try.
Anyways, there's more libraries that are doing this kind of thing, possibly because people aren't as interested in checking out books these days. So give your local library a visit if you get the chance.

Re: Check out your local (seed) library !
My local library just opened their first ever seed library on July 1st! I am looking forward to checking it out this week.
I have been thinking about trying the Lesya peppers. I hope they do well for you!

Our local library does not have this, but a town about 20 miles away has a seed library which they advertise on local media. They have a good web page describing how to use their seed library:
