Update 2 more weeks. I ripped out the Patty Pan Squashes, too hard to keep mildew under control and fridge is full of them.
One of the tomato plants has 14 trusses so far with 12 individual tomatoes per per, that's 164 tomatoes off one plant...wow.

Yours are among the pictures that, for some reason, I can't click on to expand them or take me to the page they're on, leaving me only a left-hand slice.

I had to laugh, Rambo. Your pictures I think are already full sized. When I clicked on the pictures, they expanded to a humongeous size: I had to scroll up and down and across to see them all.

I don't get that option anywhere in your post, nor by right-clicking the pics for a context menu.

It might be Firefox. Many sites are correctly coded for IE but really drop the ball on other browsers.

Thanks for all the encouragement. My motivation is to keep you all fired up with Summer harvests while you all endure Winter, even if you have to turn your PC upside down or step back across the room to view the pictures. I love you

I'm probably going to be sad once summers over.pale

Had a massive Black Aphid infestation on my Stevia plant, I can confirm the home brew Tomato Mash concoction works extremely well. My formula was 2cups of Tomato leaves, 1 drop liquid soap and 1teaspoon olive oil. Rather than let it steep overnite, I liquidized the tomato leaves in a blender, filtered the mash and used immediately.

One application over two days completely eliminated the Aphids with no apparent affect on the plant.

Thanks to some of the other forum topic posters for the idea.

Are you ready for some NEW photos?...

I need to write that down for next year, we have terrible battles with aphids here. Did you dilute that solution with water?  If so, how much solution to how much water?

You can see my garden's current condition here: https://squarefoot.forumotion.com/t16858-northern-california-coastal-valleys-what-are-you-doing-this-month#179817

We haven't had any frost just yet, normal first frost in mid to late November so we're just squeezing the last we can out of the garden.  There's actually quite a bit more, these are just the raised bed and table tops.

I just added 1 cup of water to the 2 cups of tomato leaves so they would chop in the blender and then added two more cups to make up the complete mixture. So. I ended up with just under a litre ( approx 1 quart in your lingo). BTW it never harmed the ants that were also on the plant, they are still active though I don't know what they are doing there.

I'll check out your garden.

Silver beet.

Stage 2 about to commence, 2 more 8x4 and 8 more 4x4 boxes, that should provide enough veggies to flick the supermarket, 3 just ain't enough.

I do not use plastic in my garden beds at all and never use treated lumber. Per Mel's book by the way.
I use landscape fabric  in the bottoms or use newspaper.cardboard.
For table top beds, I use old oak wooden pallets. They never rot!
