Round 2 of my canning adventures

Tonight we canned these Dilly beans and Dilly carrots. I think they turned out pretty well and things went good now that I have a little more "experience" 
under my belt.
Tomorrow we tackle what looks like at least 6-8 pints of salsa.

I loooove dilly beans! When the beans are gone from the jar, I use the brine to jazz up green salads. (a little goes a long way on a salad!)
