TomTheBuilder - those carrots look fantastic! I am dreaming and scouring seed sites for my 'perfect' carrot variety to grow next spring.

But I'd better wait till after the extraction to add the EVOO, or I'll end up with Carrots Flambe!

Gosh, you folks just reminded me...I'd better go pull some carrots now during this thaw before my MM freezes up again. Thanks...
