Are kohlrabi seedling supposed to look leggy? 601593 Just curious if it is normal for kohlrabi seedlings to look leggy or if that is just how they look? I have never grown it before and all of my other seedlings look great.

Not sure what stage yours is at, but they do end up leggy, and then the stem swells to make a tennis ball on a stick!

Are kohlrabi seedling supposed to look leggy? Empty Transplant

When you transplant them you can put dirt up to the first intersection if you want. That's where your globe of goodness will form.

Mine just broke the surface today. It looks like a little ball on a little thread of a stem. It's maybe 1/8" above the dirt.

Did you plant them one per square? I'm look forward to trying them, too!

I planted them 9 per square but you can go 12 per square! Mine are 2-3 inches tall. It needs to warm up so I can get more in the ground (outside) and not just in the Inn!

SERIOUSLY? Mine has it's own square.

I'm gonna have to check my seeds planting instructions!
