Some Worm Poop For Me?

Some Worm Poop For Me?
I found a large-scale worm farm sort of near me that sells worm poop for $1 per pound. Is that a good price? I'd like to get some but I wouldn't be able to afford enough worm poop for my 5 compost blend(not that I need it....my compost pile has quite a variety of things) but I think I would still like to get some to sort of suppliment what I have. Instead of mixing it in the compost, I think I could either top dress the squares or make a worm poop tea.
Any ideas?

I have seen it online anywhere from $1.30 to $5.00/lb. If you can get it moist and fresh that means the good stuff is alive and active. If it is a $1.00/pound I'd say Wow, go for it! If it is dry then the nutritional punch is not quite there anymore and can't say what it is worth.

I just checked my local craigs list and found "worm dirt" 50 pounds for $10.

That would be 20 cents a pound. I'd be suspicious and smell a rip-off. It takes months of caring for a lot of worms to produce that much.. why would it be practically given away? I have a hard time believing it is good quality. Might ask for a sample and try to grow something with it first. And if it was good quality? Then thats the deal of the week!

I'd be slightly suspicious of that too.
Anyway, does this picture look familiar to you CaptainKidney?
At $1 per pound, I might get 50 pounds and figure on 25 pounds per box, or make worm poop tea throughout the growing season.
