I am planting two blueberry bushes in 2'x 2' x 11" containers and plan to fill with MM. How to I adjust the pH in MM towards the acidic side that will make the Blueberry bushes happy?

You can add evergreen based organic soil amendments. Peat moss will often lower pH.

I would follow the label directions for planting the bushes. Sphagnum moss will lower pH but it has no nutritive value. I would suggest miracid for a quick fix and then seasonally you can can top dress some compost with many pine needles mixed. There are pH meters available on the market.

This is not in a SFG, but I dig a hole about two feet wide and a foot deep. Mix equal amounts of peat and pine bark and plant it in that. I got those instructions from a blueberry farm. One place recommends not fertilizing them the first year. I also mulch my with pine needles. Each year I take a couple of shovels on peat and put around the bushes.

Another good acidifier is to mulch them with coffee grounds.

Used coffee grounds are actually neutral pH.
