I grew B Sprouts my first year but no one in the family liked them. I'm always willing to try new recipes so will try this and maybe I'll be a convert and grow B Sprouts again this year if my taste buds enjoy this recipe.

I never thought about wrapping the brussels with bacon. Nice idea. I normally fry the bacon then stir fry the brussels in the drippings and crumble the bacon over the brussels. Your favorite allows you to have more Bacon.....
Speaking of bacon==you ever have chicken fried bacon? It is a heart attack waiting to happen.. moisten bacon, season, flour and deep fry just like you would chicken. Dip into white peppered country gravy.

I don't care for the Brusssel sp. at all, but the heart attack bacon, gosh that sounds so good!
