Hello from Ontario, Canada
Hi, I'm Ron from near Woodstock, Ont.
Winter has barely started and I'm preparing for spring.
I will be building a hoop style greenhouse and start making my 4x4 frames for the garden very shortly.
Glad to have found this forum and hope to meet a few of you.

Welcome to the forum! Hope all goes well with building and planning for this coming spring. Winter seems to be just starting here in South Dakota as well. If it stays this mild I may have an early start to spring, but I am not counting on it. We have at least another 4 months that could get wicked. Keep us updated on the boxes and plans. Pics are always encouraged!

The more the merrier. The ANSFG book and method rock. I've had such success in my spring garden and even good success in a fall garden. Summer in my region is rough though.
As I was picking up rebar at Lowes, the checkout lady was asking what I was making. I got started talking about hoop houses, sfg and caught her interest. Told her to go back to the store's gardening book section and pick up the book.

Re: Hello from Ontario, Canada
I wish you the best of luck in the coming spring. Read up over the winter and ask questions here as they come up. If you haven't yet, the book promoted by this forum is worth every penny. There are also a ton of posts you will find by searching/poking around the site or by looking for the "sticky" articles at the top of the forums as you enter different "rooms."
I hope to see more of you. Welcome aboard!
