You are gonna have some outstanding compost I bet TTT. You have really put forth a ton of effort and I am sure you will be rewarded nicely!

I have never used fish parts, but I would think they would stink to some extent no matter what Laughing I get a lot of cornmeal in my pile just from chicken coop waste. That and feathers, and it gets a pretty good stank going sometimes.
I tell my wife it smells earthy. What a Face It does have a different smell than it would if you used just grass, leaves, and veggie scrapes. But it doesn't smell just horrible bad. I think the worst smell is if you add to many wet grass clippings I give up! mercy! That's nasty!
I did add a bunch of cornmeal to mine the other day and soaked it down good. It was over there steaming for a day or two in the mornings lol. So I know its doing its thang, but I am done with it for the winter like you Very Happy

Yesterday my Mom said it smelled like an outhouse
I didn't tell her that I added fish scraps to it. She would really think I'm nuts lol!
