My beds in Maine are ready for winter. The garlic and strawberries are under straw and the parsnips are still growing well. I may harvest a few parsnips for a roasted root veggie platter on T-day, but the rest will wait for spring.

The potted herbs are in the entryway with daylight bulbs nearby to help them last a little longer. One can only hope.

Well, we are having ridiculous weather, but I am so not complaining! We had a high temp of 63F, the bees were on the wing, I planted about 100 bulbs, picked a healthy bunch of chard leaf and these yummy looking leeks, which are currently cooking in a souffle. Very Happy Very Happy
