Dear Mr. 6' & 350+ lbs.:

When your doctor told you to eat more fish & vegetables, I really don't think he meant 2 DOUBLE fish sandwiches and onion rings. He was upset that Checkers didn't have onion rings and said, "Well I'm going to have to tell my doctor that I TRIED." Well okie dokie then. Feast on, Dude!

My grandfather's doctor told him you only have to live by one rule.....if it tastes good, spit it out.

And, when that same doctor told one of my grandfather's friends to take up jogging, the friend said, "As soon as I see one of those guys smiling while he jogs, I'll take it up."

I have looked at jogger's faces for years now, and he was right......they are never smiling....lol.
