Working for a living!
Dang, this working for a living sucks. It cuts into my play time and garden time and just wears me out! A few weeks ago one of our guys quit to take a more lucrative position with the competition so I was promoted to Assistant Manager. Of course, along with an increase in pay, comes an increase in work and responsibility as well as some longer hours.
Besides that, the weather is nice now and we are out of the gate and into planting time.
I will try to catch up here a bit later this evening.

Congrats on the promotion!!! Yep, increased hours, responsibilities, more headaches, more stress - that's why you'll be making the "big bucks!" One reason I love my sfg is that I can be stressed out from work, but when I come home and see my garden, check on my veggies, nurture it be watering it or picking the bad bugs off the plants, it calms me like nothing else! Hope you can get your garden planted and always make time to visit your garden to help you "recharge your battery."

Gwynn, congratulations on the promotion.
Now you will really enjoy the time you get to spend in your garden.
Your garden may turn into your refuge at the end of a long day.
Enjoy

Oh, well done. The extra pay will come in handy no doubt. Gardens are pretty good at being sanctuaries if you want them to be.

Congrats on your Promotion!!! Really happy for you.
My garden is my stress relief for the day. I think my wife thinks me crazy because I come home after work then walk through the garden pulling the tiny weeds and looking for bugs. I live for coming home tom my family and our gardens.
