What's on the table
We have a Whatcha Growin' topic here on the Lower South Regional Forum, I thought it would be fun to also have a what's on the table thread too.
As you bring stuff in share it here, remember we do so love pictures.
Been harvesting Broccoli, radishes, Leaf and Romaine Lettuce for 2-3 weeks now. Got some Swiss Shard (4 small leaves) the other day.

Re: What's on the table
Pulling out whole heads of buttercrunch and romaine now... swiss chard coming in a few leaves at a time... already pulled all my radishes, time to plant some more... Harvesting some broccoli - but I think it is getting close to the end though - more temps in the 90's coming next week..

Are you really planting more radish? I thought they were cold weather, can we get away with that, I would love to stick some more in for exta bug control.

I remember my grandpa growing them all summer. I remember that those little suckers got spicy hot in the summer, but I was a kid back then and wouldn't even use black pepper on eggs... I am not 100% sure what will happen, but, hey - seeds are cheap...

Re: What's on the table
Brought in more radishes yesterday. Should have thinned the spinach a bit, but by the time we got done in the garden yesterday I was just too tired.

17 monarch chrysalises!! And one caterpillar. I think this evening we will be adding tadpoles. Yes, I lose my dining room table to wildlife this time of year.

It's amazing the action everyone's kitchen/dinning room table sees that has nothing to do with eating, I think I'll leave it at that.
