Yes! He's making a yummy double-y chocolate cake with a fudge filling. He's quite the guy...cooks, gardens, makes me laugh all the time...hey, I'm a VERY lucky girl!Furbalsmom wrote:Is Al going to make you a birthday cake like the one you made for him? lol
Thanks for the birthday wishes. The weather today here in Central CA is gorgeous...more rain/snow headed our way tomorrow or Friday, but for today, it's beautiful!

I'll let you all know tomorrow just how great that dinner was! He's made this before and it's soooooo good! Fresh, homemade ravioli, fresh spinach from the garden...and that cake! How could I not like it??outsideasy wrote:Yes I am making dinner and desert, Ricotta-Fontina Ravioli with wild mushroom sauce / spinach salad and Chocolate Birthday cake. I hope she likes it! Thank you!
Thanks for all the fun birthday wishes...every year at this time the primroses are blooming and in all the stores. They've always been my favorite and even though my kids and grandkids have said they want to give me something different, that's always my wish...for beautiful blooming primroses to brighten up the garden!
Hope all of you have a wonderful day too...I know I will!!
