Pickle relish photos
I made a batch of pickle relish yesterday, and thought I'd share a photo with you. I'm not a very good photographer, but maybe you can see it well enough.
The recipe usually makes about 6 pints but I only got 4 1/2 this time - not sure why.

Oh, no, Trustinhart - I've made this recipe for years. I posted the photo hoping it would inspire some who had never canned before to give it a try. I firmly believe, "Yes, you can can."

Very nice! They look delicious, I have been freezing a lot of things this year, but seeing your relish makes me want to can something!
