Hi, I am a newbie from Utah
I have planted peppers tomatoes and squash in my first sfq. I am worried about my peppers because they are yellow and don't look healthy.
I Love my garden, but also love my grandkids (I have 5) and I love my pets, I have a bunny named Dunken and two dog's or 'grand' dogs that we take care of, Marley is an American Eskimoe, and Lexi is a Shitzu.
I hope I can get some expert help from you all!!!

Oh come on! We need more than that! LOL. Welcome!
How many beds so far and how are they doing or are you just getting started? You don't really have to answer that, of course.
It is fun and SO much easier than row gardening and even a step up from regular raised beds. I expect you will enjoy it.

I love gardening, I am new to it though. I have 1 bed that is on my patio. The peppers are the only thing that don't look really healthy. Although I have seen bigger and healthier tomato plants then mine. I guess I shouldn't compare. How to you know if they are getting enough nutrients?

Hi & welcome snowjb61!
Your rabbit is very cute!
Whenever I spot a yellow leaf or I think my plants need a pick-me-up, I just give them a drink of a seaweed or fish emulsion, they love it! I probably do this every 3-4 weeks.

Welcome
Welcome, snowjb61. I have five grandkids, too, and two of them live in Utah.
My peppers were turning yellow when I first planted them, but I gave them some fish emulsion and all but one, - the cayenne - perked up. That one never did well and finally died - not sure why.
Looking forward to more posts from you.
