Gurneys today only 70% off sale
Everything on the website is included. Tempting -- really tempting. http://gurneys.com/
Edited to add: Oops! It's UP to 70% off. But still some very good bargains, like black krim tomato seeds for 68 cents.

I shall have to check that out. That's where I got my grow light. BTW, how do you edit posts? I can't seem to figure that out, and I really don't want to do a repost.

For a short time after you write a message, there will be an "edit" button on the upper right hand corner of your post. It disappears after a while, but not sure how long.

No code -- the sale prices are marked in red. I didn't find any bean seeds that weren't marked down but some are just 10%. I misread the ad at first and thought everything was 70% off, but not so.

Hmmm ... I guess you have to be quick to get the good sale prices... the Black Krim is listed at $2.25 when I looked just now. I'll have to peruse the website tonight when I get home from work. Maybe I'll be lucky with something or other!

(You might be a slightly scatterbrained SFGer if you read "Gurneys at 70% off" and wonder why on earth you'd go buy a hospital bed...oh yes, the story from the book...mmmm, really?)

somtimes you get a better deal if you type gurneys coupon into a search engine than it will show the site with ODD sale prices, but you get them at check out.
That is how I got strawberries 25/2.48, blueberry bush 3.49, tons of seeds under $2 pckt etc.
I've also been getting great deal on seeds on eBay of all places, wanted some unique flower seeds and none were over $1 per 100-1000 seeds.

Re: Gurneys today only 70% off sale
I'm not sure what the difficulty is with some folks seeing the sale prices and others not. I followed the link I provided in the first post. The header on the site states: One Day Sale up to 70% off sitewide. When I clicked on "tomatoes", black krim showed up at 68 cents. I wonder if it's because the site recognises my computer so directs me to the sale site?
I'm sorry if I ended up inadvertently misleading folks.
