Where do you get the contractor grade cloth?

One source is an outlet that specializes in selling interlock pavers and supplies for installing them. A couple of years ago I put in an paver patio and purchased a high quality weed barrier to go under the gravel base.  I'm talking about companies like this one in Ottawa:

Mr B, just want to make sure you  have seen the thread on the worm tube that was pinned in DIY:

Thanks Trolleydriver.
I was looking for something to go under the MM in my TT's. But those Pavers look really neat. We want to do something like that for a patio out back instead of building a deck.

Anyhow, I picked up some weed cloth that was much better than the fabric. It was similar to a fiberglass sheet. (of course it wasn't fiberglass, but that's the best way I could describe it)

I used the cheap fabric in one 2x8 and the better fabric in the other 2x8. They have both been set up for 1 year and I had to pull back the fabric on each box to access some bolts where I was adding tall legs to my TT's. Anyway, the cheap, black fabric cloth just tore where I had it stapled. But the other fabric, I had to pry out the staples to move the fabric as it would NOT tear.

I will try to find the brand and/or take some photos.

Both usually found at any big box home improvement store. The black is cheaper black plastic with holes. The commercial grade is grey and looks like fiber glass fabric. Weed barrier? and earthworms? - Page 2 Weed_f10

Thanks Sanderson,
the grey is what I was talking about. It was really surprisingly strong.

the black stuff I used was not plastic, but I will not be buying it again.
