New photos of my garden May 2010, in 4a
Hey all you mid westerners - I finally got around to compiling all my photos from the beginning of my Square Ft. Garden in July 2009 until the present day. Please check it out! I'm from 4a, in Minneapolis.
If this link doesn't work, look for my other post in the Showcase of Gardens forum. Please comment - especially regarding my measures against cutworms and caterpillars (I'm relatively inexperienced in gardening and I'm learning as I go). I love feedback from fellow gardeners!

Looks awesome!! I haven't had problems with catapillars (sp?), but the cup thing looks like it may help. I love the fence/cage around the boxes. Look forward to seeing more pics as the summer progresses!!

The slide show is a very nice documentary of your gardening progress. You have a very ambitious project there! I am truly impressed!
Everything looks real healthy inspite of those little "buggers." Keep us posted and thanks for sharing.
By the way, I did click on the photo in your post and it did take me to the Picasa web pictures.

Great slideshow. Thanks for posting. Is that chicken wire on the roof as well? Talk about a secure SFG! Nice.

Thanks! Yea, the chicken wire is all covering the top as well, for a roof. It was difficult for my husband to staple it upside down on the wooden beams, but it eventually worked. Yes, now I can rest easy knowing that nothing warm-blooded can eat my veggies besides me. I just have to do battle with the little 6-legged critters!
