My in-ground gardening neighbor.

Last fall, I had an over abundance of bell peppers and gave some to my neighbor lady who's husband, Ralph, is an in-ground row gardener. Ralph is in his garden every day weeding, tilling and doing all the labor that comes with row gardening.

I was sitting on my deck the other day, in the shade of course, watching Ralph hard at work in his garden. He noticed me and walked over and told me he needed my help. I asked him what it was I could help him with. His answer shocked me. He said, "Maybe you could help me save my marriage".

Me.. "Uh.. EXCUSE ME". He said his wife told him to find out how I grew those giant Bell Peppers I gave her last fall. Of course it made me feel good since Ralph is a good gardener for an in-ground garden.

I'm still trying to convert Ralph to SFG.....................

He'll get there! LOL Reminds me of a couple years ago when I was talking with my neighbor and he said that every time he looks at my beds he get Garden Envy. We always supplied them with extra vegetables, which they loved. This year they have two of their own raised beds, and have beautiful gardens started.
