markqz, the answer to your question, if it is bare root or live plants that you were ordering to make sure it wasn't put on an airplane and subjected to freezing temperatures. Even with certain seeds I don't know if you would want to subject them to large fluctuations in temperature. I could be wrong but I would have asked the seed company or nursery. I know from ordering earthworms.
