December Avatar: 'Tis The Season!
Every year I buy 99-cent poinsettias from Lowe's or Home Depot to spread around to friends and family. This year I couldn't think of a December avatar until I found one of my old posts from last year suggesting I use one of these beauties. Here's the prettiest one.

Winter SFG Avatar. Kinda ugly. The only colour is the green tarp covering what is left of a bale of straw that is sitting on top of an old red wagon.

P.s. has anyone else noticed that the scrolling banner at the top still says “September Avatar?”

Well I was asking because it's simple a scrolling banner HTML code that is already written. It should be a very simple fix. I'm teaching my 8th graders code right now so it's fresh in my mind. Maybe I can make someone's life easier.

Yes, a banner change is easy, however, only Rooster can change it. I have sent him a message.

Three cheers for sanderson who fixed the Scrolling Banner at the top of the page so that it now indicates the current month.

I've got a wind-up beetle with a bow on my fristy Dazzling Blue kale.

Wow, CC and TD! Those are really nice. (And TD, I would say your first one is no more ugly than an initial sketch on a blank canvas.)

Re: December Avatar: 'Tis The Season!
YIKES! I haven't been around much lately, so I just checked my avatar and realized it's my Jicama plants that I haven't checked on since November.
As soon as it warms up a little, I will go back to the old house and pull those puppies up. Fingers crossed there's something to harvest.
