Need Plant Chart for Nighttime Lows
I have searched every way I know how to find a planting chart for night time low temps, but everything I find talks about high temps or freezing. I have killed way too many cukes and other stuff because our nights got down below 50 and I didn't know any better. I really don't want to learn any more lessons the hard way, but I guess there aren't enough gardeners out there with 30-40 degree daily temp shifts to be worth making a chart for it. Any ideas, anyone?

Maybe this. I can't convert C to F easily so don't know if this will be accurate. Takes a little studying but lots of valuable info.

Well, as a sample - the chart says for green beans = -.7 C which converts to 31*F which is close to the temp they would freeze. I would have guessed 32*F.
