Seeds for Indoor Winter Garden?
I'm starting to think about what to plant for my indoor winter veggie garden. I found this:
Bush Varieties
They're in Chico, CA -- practically right next door to me. Shipping is FREE! Anybody want to go in with me to swap out and try some different stuff? Anybody try any of these or have seeds to swap for any other "bush" varieties?
Question? When you ANSFGers garden in containers in the house, do you use MM?

Re: Seeds for Indoor Winter Garden?
CN, This isn't an answer to your indoor gardening question, but don't forget that you should be able to winter garden in the salad bar. Swiss chard, kale, snow peas, garlic and onions. Also, New Zealand spinach if you get it started now.

NUTZ! My seed company is out of stock on NZ spinach. Didn't you say you have some to swap? (Yes, my salad bar will stay open for business all winter.)sanderson wrote:CN, This isn't an answer to your indoor gardening question, but don't forget that you should be able to winter garden in the salad bar. CN, I'd love to see pictures of your indoor set up when you get it established.
If anyone else would care to share photos of indoor seed starting or growing conditions for more mature plants, that would be great, too.

Me? I post on the regional thread for N&C Midwest, so you might want to check out your region! They may have some specific info for your locale.
