I am official!
Today, I planted my first "All New" SFG! I had an old school SFG with railroad ties back in the 80s, but now I have a real one to compliment my freebie repurposed window boxes that gave us food with the SFG method last year...amazing.
Broke my back and my darling daughter too! Will. Post pictures soon..

Woo Hoo! Congrats!
I have seen women looking at jewelry ads with a misty eye and one hand resting on the heart, and I only know what they're feeling because that's how I read the seed catalogs in January - Barbara Kingsolver - Animal, Vegetable, Miracle

Oh bet that feels good!
What's in it? I see some happy tomatoes and peppers. Are you going to put up a trellis?

Re: I am official!
I am going to use individual supports for the tomatoes. The new curly ones, plus some actual wooden supports. I need to look at what I put in there! There are 2 melons I think....maybe more! It was all peppers, tomatoes and melons. The cukes went into the other boxes. And they will be trellised.
Ground cherries and squash in the other boxes too. I will get some pics now! And my pole beans are up! Peas finally growing....jeesh!

Isn't it exciting to finally get it planted?? I know the grids are there, I just can't seem to see them.
