Jay Birds Garden Update
Here are some pics of the garden and several other photos relating to posts I have posted or replied to
This is Road Runner my favorite Hen she is a Arachana chicken and she lays green eggs
The Banty Hens are sitting the Guinea eggs we found out in the brush total 72 eggs under these girls
First batch of Guinea Keets
The Cucumber and Purple HUlls are doing well
Just added second tier to taters and working on the irrigation drip system
Garden Overview
Sure would have been easier to put in the underground before I set boxes
Just another view of the irrigation
Some of the girls, I just finished chasing them out of the garden. I think the newly dug ditches is what got there attention they useually dont bother the boxes
Any bugs in there?
Good thing I had already picked the berries!

Cool
Wish I could raise chickens where I live, but a restaurant called Popeyes would take em all
Question about the irrigation system
Is it hooked directly to the city water and you just turn one master valve or does all the different boxes have a valve and does the box only fill up from one side

It is hooked up to city water, the system will be on a timer with one valve, and I am not finished yet I will be installing drip hose with emitters every 12" I got the drip hose from dripirrigation.com

Re: Jay Birds Garden Update
Your system looks great Jay Bird. Would that we could all have that much space.
