I fixed yall a bowl of gumbo
Here is the step by step of how we made it. I almost didn't share it with yall but them I remembered some one is a celiac and thought they would like to see a great roux.

Oh my word Cappy! That looks like one of the most delicious gumbos I've ever seen. I love the idea of gluten free rue! The fact that the ingredients are home prepared, well that's awesome.
Enjoy a bowl for me. I am already consulting with wife on how we can go about making that later during one of these remaining winter months.

I am so very glad yall enjoyed it. That was last weeks gumbo I figure you gardeners will get a big kick out of this weeks pot soon as we write it up and get the pictures loaded I will post it.

I make my own chicken stock so it's very low sodium! I'm more a fan of stock than broth, but not everyone likes that density of flavor.
