Early crops.
Well, I am looking at the soil temps here. I am trying to make sure I am reading this right, but Feb 15th keeps popping up, but I know that the soil temps can get really COLD sometimes in Feb.
I have some PVC pipe hoop houses I can move to my beds (I only have 2 of these hoop houses, but will only be using 2 beds probably for my early crops).
Lettuce, Spinach, Onions, Carrots, radishes, beets, garlic and Sugar Snap peas is what I am looking at, and I know some have to wait a little longer to go in, but I am having a hard time wrapping my mind around putting anything in the ground at all in February.
