The first sowing of mustard/spinach and mixed lettuce was showing signs of bolting so I cut off what was left/grown back from last weeks harvest. More than enough for me, so I took a bag to the food pantry. Seemed like such a tiny donation, that I grabbed one of two bags of kale in the refrigerator and took it also. I can't believe how grateful they were for just 2 plastic bags of greens. Apparantly, fresh produce doesn't come in very often.
