Sweet Aussie Basil
I was looking at plants at the local garden center and looking for some extra 4 in plants; you get a discount if you buy 10. I noticed Aussie Sweet Basil that claims it rarely flowers and it is great for the hot South. I don't know if that will be true or not we shall see what the Houston summer does to this plant.
Has anyone here tried this variety of Basil?
Did I fall for some cheaply written hyped up pseudo miracle plant that the tag promised?
I usually just laugh at such claims but if nothing else it helped me reach the minimum number of plants to get the discount.

Re: Sweet Aussie Basil
Have NOT heard of that... Sounds interesting....
I picked up some Greek Basil the other day. Had never seen it before. But smells wonderful!
Let me know how yours does.
