That sure looks terrific, I see many years of enjoyment there.
You sure did mix it up right, anxious to see how your plantings grow

Well done rabbithutch, looks ready to roll. You have another three to do?
Take it easy. These look as they will last a long, long time. You may never need to make another one. Unless yu want to, of course.

Statin poisoning? I know what statins are, but never heard of statin poisoning. I'm curious. Hope you're doing okay.
Tabletop looks great. Lots of work you did, but boy are you going to be lovin' it every time you walk up to tend it or grab some produce from it and think of how many people have to bend over and squat and lean perilously far over their beds to do the very same thing. I'll bet your TT and the next ones you build will give you years of pleasure and productivity and feel like genius in hindsight.

Thanks, Marc!
At my age, every year is a blessing. I'm past my 'use by' date, I think.
Although I started this project in February hoping to have all the beds done by our last frost date, things didn't work out that way.
As for the statins, I've lost muscle tone from taking them. I have little strength and even less stamina in my gross muscles and my heart - a muscle - has even been affected. Thankfully, I realized that something was wrong and started investigating and remembered that my HMO had me switch, to save them money, from the cholesterol meds I was taking until last Spring to a 100% statin. Once I figured that out, I stopped taking them. I'm still trying to decide whether or not to go to a med that has no statins (Zetia) but is woefully expensive, to a combo drug (Vytorin) that has some statins but other palliatives as well. I'm recovering, but it is a slow process.
Friday evening on CBS news, there was a spot on how statins have proved responsible for significant weight gain. I'm 20 lbs. heavier than I was this time last year, and I've found it very difficult to lose.
If I find the name of the nitwit at the HMO whose idea that was, he might lose a great deal of the quality in his life. He should be removed from the gene pool, but that is not my decision.

I know statins can do a lot of good, but I've read some bad things about them too. Good that you're researching, keeping a watch on yourself, and in general taking responsibility for being a more informed medical consumer.

It's taken me four year of being away from the debilitating form of statins that caused me problems for things to ease off a bit.
I'm on a different much more expensive but not so effective brand these days & feel much better for it .
I've still got joint pains and heart aches , the muscle weaknesses in back , legs , hands & forearms is much the same .
Like you say & I agree ..... Every day you can open one eye you're on a bonus .

Thanks to all for the kind words and encouragement. Plantoid, I'm sorry that the statins got you, too. Hang in there. Things WILL get better has become my mantra.
