How to save Pepper Seeds.

If you want to know an easy way to dry and save peppers seeds for another season, try this video....

Just be sure the pepper is not an F1 Hybrid and you have isolated the pepper from other varieties as soon as it started to flower at the beginning of the season.
A simple way to isolate a pepper blossom is to place a net bag over it and tie it at the stem so no critters can get in to cross-pollinate. Then whenever you are out in the garden, give the branch a few taps with your fingers to pollinate the flower.

Here is such a bag over a whole small pepper plant. You don't need to cover the whole plant, just the branch with the flower is necessary.

You can also isolate tomatoes the same way. Both crops self-pollinate. but saving tomato seeds takes a different method.

I hope this info has helped someone. I know it helped me regarding peppers. Simpler than the method I usually use.
