I am sure you shall be surprised as I was in February last year the remarkable progress my greens had made under the cover of snow.
I had the best spinach of the whole year then.

I hope you're right! I'm crazy about spinach, and the kind of person who can happily make a whole meal of a salad, so I'd love my spinachy dreams to come true.

That looks so yummy I can practically taste it, nice job!

I planted all my greens much earlier this year so I actually have nice spinach and salads every couple of days. They're going to really take off around the beginning of Feb when the daylight get so much longer.

I picked two ripe tomatoes and 3 nice sized ripe cherry tomatoes in my greenhouse today along with a chili pepper that fell off on of my plants. Everything is growing nicely but of course more slowly than spring and summer.

I sure would love some of your rain - we're in a HORRENDOUS DROUGHT condition. We need someone to open the door from the Northwest and send the rain down our way. I know you love your unusual sunshine but when you're basking in the sun we're drying up and blowing away, LOL!
