Walnuts squirreled away in my MM

As I was filling pots from my tarped stash of Mel's Mix and adding new compost, I discovered two black walnut shells that had sprouted. I couldn't identify remnants of husks, which would be too large for a squirrel to carry, anyway. Should I worry about using the MM from that area of the pile? The baby walnut trees were about 4 inches long. I grow tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, beans, okra, squash, cukes, kale, and chard. I'd prefer to not have to keep a separate MM just for juglone-tolerant plants, but I don't want to spoil the whole batch either.

I don't think the shells are toxic, just the leaves and the outer hull contain the chemical that suppresses growth in competing plants. I really doubt that there is enough in the compost to be of any significance.
