Watermelon problem, what is it? Empty Watermelon problem, what is it?

Last year, I had great success with an heirloom watermelon. I saved the seeds and planted them this year. Some turned out OK. Three others didn't. I use Mel's mix and I think I have all the proportions OK. I used a little 10-10-10, blood meal and bone meal for fertilizer.
Any suggestions on what it may be?

Looks like watermelon fruit blotch (can happen on seedlings).

It is bacterial in nature, and can be exacerbated by high humidity, overhead watering, and high temps. Also, fertilizing seedlings that young can be pretty iffy...they're using stored energy in those seed leaves, so they don't need extra nutrients yet, especially since it could burn them.

Thanks. I was wondering if it could be gummy stem blight. We've had some high humidity here lately.
