So, my cucumber plants that I started from seed in a seed tray, kept under the wrong light for too long, transplanted before I knew cucurbits don't like having their roots messed with, and generally haven't thrived yet...

are blooming.

They're 6-8 inches tall.

Should I be pinching these off, or nuking the plants completely? I anticipated that these plants wouldn't hook in and go, so I direct-seeded some new seeds not too long ago in their same squares, and they've sprouted and are on their way.

So what do I do?

Did you transplant this plant yet? How big of a pot is it in if you have not? Is it inside or outside?

Looks like I transplanted them to their SFG plots four weeks ago. They've gotten some new leaves, and have thickened up as they grew beyond their original height (which is to say, the length of stem that it had when it went out is still skinny), but they're still so small. Definitely not vining up the trellis yet or anything. Total of maybe 8 leaves per plant, with their first pair of true leaves just now yellowing and falling off. Seed leaves went maybe a week ago.

I don't think it will hurt to leave it. I sort of did the same thing. My transplant didn't look good at first so I put more seeds in and they have come up. All now look healthy, none are tall enough to reach the trellis yet and the transplant has a bloom today. It is a female bloom but there is no male blooms yet so it won't get pollinated.
I have blooms today on one of my toms, squash, bush beans and the one cucumber.
