Something is eating my plants...
I went out today to check on my SFG and found my spinach and radishes pretty much wiped out... just the tops. No tracks anywhere and nothing dug up. No rabbits.
What is eating them? Birds? Snails?

Re: Something is eating my plants...
snails would leave an ewwwy sticky trail so if thats not present you can rule them out birds possable if you have a magnifying glass do some checking on the underside of your plants leaves as most insects hide under the leaf rather in plain sight

Re: Something is eating my plants...
After some thinking - I'm leaning towards a squirrel. I threw some snail killer around the beds so if they're the culprit, I'll find their dead little bodies around tomorrow. I also put some little toy snakes in the SFG's to try to spook the squirrel away (if he's in fact the do-er of the evil deed).
So, so, so very ticked off. Never had any problems with anything getting my plants before.

Is there any good squirrel repellent other than a pellet gun
