New gardener
Hello! I'm gardening for the first time in my life, hoping to make some fresh veggies for the family and our bunnies Ive never been a green thumb, so hopefully I can do this!
About me, I'm not young but not old, I'm married and have 2 young kids with 1 on the way. We have 2 house bunnies who rule the house alongside a very lazy beagle We just moved to North Carolina and live on a nice acre so Ive got big plans for my backyard!

Hello Tris ,
Welcome to the site .
Do you have the book mentioned in my strap lines . If not may I be cheeky and suggest that you get one so we can all sing off the same sheet ?
Our type of squarefoot gardening is quite unique but it does give fantastic results all over the world if it is closely followed.
In the book there is a shed load of useful stuff for totasl beginners , indeed everything you need to go and grow so to speak . There is no useless info in the book to my minds eye .
Please post piccies as & when you can , they speak a thousand words and it let's people around the globe see what is possible with our ANSFG method.

Welcome to the forum. Its nice you have bunnies so you can use their poo directly in your garden. Great for the crops.
I know they can make great pets but its a double bonus to have great poo as well.

Tris,
to the Forum and Square Foot Gardening. You will find that this type of gardening is so much easier and the vegetables grow so much better! I am totally addicted to it. Best of luck!
