Hello
Hi, I am new to this site but not new to square foot gardening although with four children and hubby I need a lot of square feet. I've just finished harvesting my heirloom carrots which were so delicious I am sorry that I didn't grow more. I've got my button squash in surrounded by radishes which are ready to eat while we wait for the squash. Mizuna and rocket are fast as ever and a huge patch of basil to satisfy our love of all things italian.
I am a keen soil blocker, anyone else doing this? And my little blocks made with my converted balloon pump are very productive. If you want instructions I am happy to help. I've also got a veggie plot at the local community gardens so we have no space restrictions to speak of. Looking forward to hearing your news. A.

Alison!
And YES, do please post your instructions on that soil-block maker. I've never used them, but another forum member (I think it was quiltbea) has some good vids on how to use them and I'd like to try it come seed-sowing time (Feb-March for me up here in Northern NH).
So, again, WELCOME!!!

Oops, thought I had posted in here already, either my post disappeared or I'm going nuts!
Welcome to the forum Alison, where in Australia are you?
I'm in Sydney at the moment but we're contemplating a move to Grenfell, NSW.
