VIT (aka: Lamb's Lettuce/Mache/corn salad)

I just bought some VIT seeds from Johnny's Seeds. Does anyone know how many per square. Looks like 9, maybe even 16.

I do 16 because I do a continuous harvest. If you're going to let it get full size and do a single harvest, 12 would probably fit fine in one square.

Thanks. I planted some seeds and now its back in the 90's here. They probably won't germinate for a while.
I read they need cool soil (or cool MM).

I suppose you could cover them with white paper maybe?
